Changes I’ve Tried To Make To Lessen My Anxiety

  • Exercising almost everyday (dance or acroyoga)
  • Staying hydrated
  • Watching my caffeine intake
  • New meds, many of them, one after another (couldn’t handle side effects)
  • Journaling
  • Self-help books
  • Starting therapy again
  • Taking up knitting

None of it seems to be making a dent. I could give meditation a better shot than I have when I’ve given it a shot at all.

What else have you heard of/do you do to lessen your anxiety?
