- Exercising almost everyday (dance or acroyoga)

- Watching my caffeine intake
- New meds, many of them, one after another (couldn’t handle side effects)
- Self-help books
- Starting therapy again
- Taking up knitting
None of it seems to be making a dent. I could give meditation a better shot than I have when I’ve given it a shot at all.
